一.   用途
ZPY100系列旋转式压片机是系列化产品，能广泛应用于制药、食品等行业压制各种规格的圆形和异型片剂。
二.   特点
1.       该系列压片机符合药品生产和质量管理的GMP标准。压片室与传动机构完全分开，压片室无任何油漆，与药品接触的零部件均采用不锈钢材料或经表明特殊处理，无毒耐腐蚀。
2.       压片区域能从四面观察到，各处表面光滑，易于清洁。
3.       ZPY100系列压片机设有连续集中润滑系统，使传动系统、道轨和主要摩擦部分得到充分的润滑，噪声和磨损减少，使维修保养费用大大降低。
4.       压力、片厚、充填、速度调节手轮，各类指示灯、表牌、按钮均设在同方向，观察。操作方便。
5.       ZPY100系列旋转式压片机采用组合设计，结构紧凑，90％以上的机件可与同系列中的其它型号通用，便于易损备件的管理和更换；模具采用IPT标准。

Application
This machine is single side rotary tablet press machine, which can press granular materials into round shape tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet.
This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries.
This machine adopt international standard mould.

Feature

2.	Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.
